Once artwork has been approved your Custom Rubber Stamp will be made and posted the same/next working day.
We aim to email a proof for approval within 4 hours of receipt of your artwork/details during the normal working day (09.00am - 05.00pm)
Returns:
Returns are accepted if the item received is not as the artwork was approved or if the item has been received damaged or faulty.
Replacements will be sent free of charge without query in such circumstances.

If any product you receive is faulty or doesn't meet your satisfaction let us know. We will arrange for a replacement product without query.
